Hannah Curtin, CVT

Hannah joined the clinic staff in 2012, after taking the scenic route through academia, Hannah finally returned to her lifelong passion of caring for animals and earned her degree in Veterinary Technology from Vermont Technical College and is a nationally certified technician. She lives in Bethel with a collection of feline friends, as well as Spud the hedgehog and Grizzelda the corn snake.

Jennifer Johnson

Jenn joined the clinic staff as a receptionist in 2013. A Vermonter, born and raised in the area, she lives in Barnard with her husband, Mike and their daughter, Ashley as well as their dog, Albert, who provides endless cuddles. Jenn enjoys spending time with her family and also loves country music.

Taylor Armbruster, CVT

Taylor is from Williston, VT and graduated from the University of Vermont in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. Taylor earned her degree from Vermont Technical College in 2016 and is a nationally certified veterinary technician. Taylor lives in Quechee with her husband, Jim, their dog, Blaze, and two cats, Leo and Apple.

Melanie Potwin

Melanie Potwin lives in Bridgewater with her husband, Jason, and a motley crew of kids and animals. In addition to their rescue dogs, Skyler and Hannah, they share their space with cats, goats and various poultry. Melanie is a proud native of Woodstock and enjoys motorcycles, good cheese and long runs.

Gail Scatchard

Gail joined the staff as a receptionist and bookkeeper in 2008. She brings many years of office management experience to Kedron Valley Veterinary Clinic. Soon after beginning work at the clinic, Gail and her husband, Ken, adopted Murphy, a golden retriever, from Lucy Mackenzie Humane Society. Gail and Ken are the parents of twins, Lynley and Ryan.

Elizabeth Williams, CVT

Elizabeth grew up in Fairlee, VT and always had dogs around, often along with a few pet rodents, the occasional bird, and a rabbit. She graduated from Vermont Technical College in spring 2014 and joined KVVC shortly thereafter. She lives in Bethel with her handsome retriever mix Riley and sweet kitty, Princess. Elizabeth is currently studying business online through Johnson State College. In her free time, Elizabeth loves hiking and swimming with her dog, and has a passion for science fiction and knitting.
